Cheap and functions like it

This came with Wyndham Weaponry AR I bought at Cabelas. First the dot can be more accurately described as a blob. Not even close to a "dot". This thing will not hold zero either. The mount is useless as well, after only 20 rounds it came loose. I re-tightened several times but again after only 20 or so rounds, it came loose again. This sight is marketed as an "AR" sight but is probably more suited for a .22 AR. Definitely not 5.56. I tried using a bore sighter to zero in at 35 yds and still wouldn't hit within 2 in. After 300 rounds I gave up, took it off and used the iron sights where I was finally able to shoot 1-2" groups at 35 yds with no problems. I will try this on my M&P 15-22 but I don't have much hope it will fair any better. Don't waste your money on this one folks.

Don't buy this

Total junk. When at the #11 the highest brightness, it works great in doors. When out doors and point it at a bright colored target, you can't see the red dot.
