Not too accurate

Hunting in Colorado, I used this GPS to mark the the spot of a hit elk. A short time afterwards I tried to relocate the marked spot, only finding it by chance while walking in the direction the GPS was directing me (I had also marked the spot with surveyors tape). Standing at my marked spot, the GPS was indicating I needed to go another 213 yards. My friend has the same unit. He was using it to get back to our camp one night and had the same problem. At other times during this trip it was accurate, but I have returned mine.

Terrible. Dont waste your money.

I bought this to use to help find my way back to the stand while tracking deer in the dense woods. Luckily I had a good blood trail to follow back to camp because this was as useless. I would have had just as good luck picking a direction and finding a road to take me back to camp. While standing still, the number of yards back to my stand kept going up and up. Not to mention it takes forever to find satellite even in an open clearing. Needless to say I returned this piece of junk and got my money back.

I got this after waiting a while for it to come off backorder. Was excited until I tried it out. The compass moves around when you barely tilt the device. Same with the location part. If you barely tilt it, it will take you a different direction. I sent it back the next day.
