Very good camera

Good trigger speed, clear pictures, good battery life, small footprint.. Mounting system leaves something to be desired.

Negative Reviews:

Was a good camera, while it lasted, but...

Worked really well 1 year ago when I first bought this camera. I was all excited about how detailed the images were. Then, this year, I put new batteries in it, formatted the little chip and set it out. Came back a week later to get the chip, put it in my computer and the video was late at coming on showing the back end of a deer walking slowly by, not even capturing the image when the deer first walked up. Second time out, I came to pick up the camera and it quit working totally. It was a cold night, but only 30 and above. This never afffected it before and a good cam shouldn't be affected. I then took out the chip and it worked under setup mode. Changed chips and the setup mode shut down. It appears the card reader has failed or shorted the system out when in use. I have never dropped the camera nor misused it so I put all the blame on the camera. It's always been placed in a secure mount too. I won't pay for another Bushnell trail cam like this again. They shouldn't fail under these mild conditions. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt so I'm not going to take it back or bother with Bushnell. I don't blame Cabela's, but do blame Bushnell for producing such a delicate product that can't stand up to a little cold or weather.
