So far, so good!

Got this for Xmas this year and put it up immediately, after reading the manual closely.
It was easy to setup - for someone who has some technical aptitude, but has never setup a trailcam before.
It was setup to keep an eye on some bird feeders and on an area that deer have been coming into and feeding in constantly. One reviewer did have it right, you will get a LOT of pictures of smaller creatures. If a dove lands in the area, the camera will grab a picture.
This might bother some folks, but it has not bothered me - just means I have to hit delete more when I pull the pics off. Photos we have gotten have been great quality. Great detail both during daylight and night. I have not messed around with the video mode, but I would assume it is pretty good too. Battery life so far has been good, some lithium ion batteries and it looks like it should keep chugging for several months at least - even in the deep freeze of -10 degrees! Overall, I am pleased. Not really unhappy with any features so far. I will revise or re-review if something happens, but so far we are very pleased.

Negative Reviews:

I purchased 2 Bushnell Trophy Cameras 2 years ago. After taking a dozen pictures, the date and time stamps on both cameras go out and reset, off by 2 years and 12 hours. The picture quality was average but the sensitivity for the infrared at normal range took a picture of every Bird, or varmint that passed within 20 yards. I had 880 pictures of my feeder in a 2 week period. On the Low range, nothing triggered it. On Video they perform better, but the light does spook the deer. One positive is that I also purchased 2 Busnell metal cases with 1/4 inch cable that do a great job in protecting the cameras from thieves.

No luck yet

I put this camera on a mineral block and left it for a week. When I went back to check it, the block was noticeably used and the ground was completely tore up all around. The only pics the camera took were of me when I came to check it. The pics of me were awesome but I don't now that I'm confident in this camera's trigger. Maybe its just a lemon.
