Cabela's 3D -30F Mummy Sleeping Bag Reviews:

great sleeping bag

This is a great alternative to the Alaskan guide -40 degree bag. A thrid of the price and the same great cabelas quality. The quality of material and zipper make it feel like its a $400 bag. It's very large in its stuff sack but the extra room that it takes in the truck is worth it. The long length of the bag fits any large individual, I'm 6'8" and it is plently long enough for me. I've slept in -20 degrees with the bag and I have been comfortable, while wearing a beanie and my base layer. If you buy this bag you will not be disappointed, I highly recommend this sleeping bag to anyone that is in the market for a new bag.

Not Cold Enough Yet!

The bag is well made with a tough zipper and many great stay warm features, I'm 5' 11" and 230 and the bag had room to spare. However, when I used it in late October in the South Park area of Colorado, it only got down to 15 degrees. Had to leave the bag unzipped and opened up. Much to warm to test this baby!.
