Worth the money

This pant fit perfectly, coming up high on the hips. I was worried about weight but they are extremely light. I went out with sub zero windchill wearing polar weight heavy base layer and these pants. Never in my life have I worn something so light that was so warm. Wind was gusting to 35 and you don't feel it all. I did not have a long hike, so I cannot comment about them as a high activity pant, but I'll say they are light and comfortable, even for a uninsulated pant. Zippers and stitching is very high quality. Slightly noisy but I am a bow hunter so I am pretty fussy about noise.

Blizzard Proof!

Wore the jacket and pants on a late season Colorado elk hunt at 10,000 ft. altitude with blowing snow (25-45 mph gusts), and I was warm and dry. Even in blizzard conditions, all I needed under the pants was Cabela's expedition weight underwear bottoms. Found the Dry-Plus to be just as waterproof and breathable as the Goretex in my other Cabela's gear. Pockets and zippers are well placed and functional. The suspenders are a big plus.
