Made of a durable high-impact absorbing rubber, the Winch Saver will last for years. Helps suppress backlash during a sudden release of the anchor point, and prevents bottoming out of winch in storage position. Remove hook, slide Winch Saver over cable and replace hook for simple installation. 2-1/4" diameter.

I used to break the cable when using it for my plow.Since I got the winch saver I haven't broken it even once! Great product.

Really saves the cable loop, especially with heavy use. Definitely a needed product when using steel cable.

I still have this hunk of rubber on my cable, but it does a horrible job doing what it is suppose to. It needs to be made of very stiff rubber, and not feel like some propietary gel used for vibration absorbtion. Nice try, but I'm sorry I bought it.
