Cabela's Bullet Puller Reviews:

Positive Reviews:

Money, well spent...

Just because a product doesn't have a name brand on it , doesn't mean it's any less quality! This bullet puller in my opinion is a good example. I have used it for over '2' yrs now and 'sad to say' it's had a good work-out! Missed pdr drops, primers, etc, it has had a good work out! It seems flimsy, but takes a licking and keeps on ticking, It has a good handle, some type of soft silicone product @ the bottom with 'o' ring seal to keep pdr out. good collets, haven't ever broken the band! Long depth will accept most all calibers,'4.25 in.' Keep the knob tight and hit on a hard piece of wood or other similar surface. I use a piece of oak with a big knot in it. Try and hit the knot, works better, 3-5 hits. Heavy crimps are NO problem, Empty after each bullet, you won't harm lead bullets or hurt the brass. I do Cowboy Action and this is a good buy. It's a little high, but better than buying a second one!! I don't think that it would @ least say Cabella, if it didn't do the job. Always be safe...

Bullet Puller Extraordinaire

I thought I would never need a bullet puller...Boy, Was I wrong...Then the question was "Which One to Buy"??? I have had such great luck with Cabela's products in the past...You know, from clothing, to reloading equipment, hunting gear....Well, I answered my own question....I can't say enough good things about the "Cabela's Brand Bullet Puller".....The price was right....But would it work and be easy and useful???....Yes. to all of the above....I highly recommend this product to you all...This product is very easy and with a seemingly light touch of the hammer....The bullets come apart with ease...I have been able to reuse almost all of the bullets, cases and powder....Any damage was my fault...And the damage was already done and why I needed the puller in the first place...Five stars all the way folks...Why pay more...They give you all the color coded collets you will need....Buy it....The Cabelas's Bullet Puller will not disappoint and should be part of every reloader's equipment set...

pretty basic

when I got this puller I kinda hoped it would have been more sturdily built. its sorta flimsy and I could see how if you got to aggressive with your hammering it could brake easily. the collets work great and the overall device works just will likely not last forever. if your new to reloading like me or just need a quick cheapy it will work but I will likely replace it later with something more durable or a mechanical reloading press version.
