Great place to hang

Used this item during a week of summer camp. I was able to hang my towel on it when it was damp to finish drying. Hung my day pack, hat, water bottle and a couple of other things and still had room to hang more on it.

Negative Reviews:

Not compatible with the Outfitter XL cot

I like the idea of the cot tree, but its one-size-fits-all design doesn't work well with the Outfitter XL cot. The frame of the cot tree does not line up well with the legs on the cot and can't be supported very well with the velcro straps provided with the tree. As a result, the tree is unstable and tends to lean one way or the other. It may work better with a smaller cot.

Needs work

Good product - but needs redesign work to get it to securely attach to the xl cot - I use 10 inch bungee cords - velcro straps are a waste and too short at the legs

needs modifications

I have the xl outfitters cot. I made a u shaped channel from aluminum the width of the cot frame for the legs of my cot to sit in. Drill small holes in channel and uprights insert small bolts. Use velcro provided to secure uprights to cot. Very sturdy and packs into cot bag very easily.
