Great pair of cold weather pants.

I bought these Dri-Plus pants and the matching jacket in Realtree Xtra after seeing them in the store. I read the few reviews that didn't give great remarks. I have to disagree with them. I wore the outfit this morning for the first time outdoors when the temp was -16 degrees and a windchill of -34 degrees. I only had a pair of jeans and a MTD top layer and was surprised how warm I was in these. I hunt northern Wisconsin and see this outfit as my new favorite deer tree stand outfit. This was warmer than anything I've used before! I stood still in the wind and this Cyner-G outfit blocked the wind completely. I only had a light hat and after sitting outside for a while put the hood up to block the wind. It was instantly warmer and didn't block any sounds from the area. Some of the reviews said the outfit was loud but I personally have to disagree. I moved around as if still hunting, moved my arms as if I was glassing or getting ready to shoot and found them to be comfortable, not loud and allowed full movement with no binding at all. I am 6', 210 lbs with a 36+ waist and 36" sleeve length. I normally wear a XL Tall but got the 2XL Jacket and the XL pants. All fit perfect with room to move and layer if I want. I also took off one of my gloves and used the exterior hand "warmer" pocket. My hand in the pocket actually warmed up more than the gloved hand and got to the point where they were very warm. I see no need for hand warmers with this jacket. I have rarely written reviews but feel this Cyner-G outfit needed a fair shake. What more can I say? This is my new favorite for Turkey, Deer and late winter bird hunting. Today's -16 to -9 degrees below and windchills as low as -34 put this to the test. I moved around a little but wanted to sit still most of the time to see how it worked. I stayed out almost 2 hours listening to the radio and letting the dog run. Never Got Cold! I'm now going to look at getting the rest of the set. Some of the comments listed the tan and brown colors as a negative as compared to all camo but don't see that as an issue with the Realtree Xtra. Excellent pockets in all the right places! Long enough to block the wind from coming up my back yet so much lighter and more flexible than a heavy parka! I may be jumping around here but like I said, I've only written a few reviews. Try these you'll not regret.

Best cold weather pants

I hunt the late season with bow and muzzle loader and these pants are the best by far. The ice cold late season rain and ice storms are no match for these Cyner G pants. Water sheds like water off a ducks back. They are well insulated without being bulky, full length leg zippers and specific waist sizes are like a tailored fit. The best thing is the 6 pockets for lots of storage. You won't be disappointed with the quality and features of these pants.

Almost Awesome

I left a similar review of the matching jacket. I loved almost everything about these pants and matching jacket. They are very warm and very high quality. I did have to order a size down in the pants..I am a 34 waist, but I wore a 32 in these pants...even over another pair of pants. My biggest gripe is with the solid colored panels on the back of the pants and jacket. In the picture above...the seat and lower legs appear to be a medium brown in color. On my jacket and pants, these solid colored panels were a very light tan...almost cream color. It looks ridiculous. Why not make it solid camo?....or at least a medium brown or green. The light tan panels seem like they would stick out in the woods. The jacket was worse...the lower back, sides and backs of the arms were all this solid light tan color. If they would make this set in solid camo....I would glady buy it, but this set is being returned.
