Cabela's Dry-Plus Legacy Wool Pants Reviews:

I ordered these pants online and where I have only worn them in the house up to this point I believe them to be of good quality. I bought them for late season ELK HUNTING and my first impressions are that the dry plus liner is WAY TOO LOUD! You will not be able to STALK up on anything that isn't DEF. These pants are also very HEAVY so consider that if you plan on doing a lot of hiking in them. Something else to consider is I normally wear 36" waist, but I had to return them for a 38" waist which fit perfectly. So I would recommend ordering them BIGGER than usual. I DO LIKE these pants so I plan on keeping them for extra warmth under my snowmobile suit or for cold days on the 4wheeler.

Best hunting pants

I bought these pants for a trip to Alaska. The were just the best pants. We road snowmachines all day and in some very harsh conditions. I was never cold. They dried very fast. The insulated liner even acted like a wind barrier. I had no problemswith the buttons or the zippers. I highly recommend these pants.

Wool Pants

I had to take them to a tailor and have the length reduced and have the string for the button strengthened. Besides that, the pants were just what I wanted and will need for hunting in Wisconsin in winter. No more cold legs. Recommend you wash only with woolite and line dry for best care.

Warm and Dry

I've worn these heavyweight pants in the worst weather conditions and they kept me warm, dry, and comfortable. You might order one size larger if worn with heavyweight longjohns.
