Cabela's Dry Sacks -
Heavy rain and even complete submersion won't affect your equipment when it's sealed in one of our 100% waterproof Dry Sacks. And you'll see why they're part of our Xtreme Packable Gear line when you fold one up and stuff it into even the smallest pocket in your pack. A roll-top closure locks out all moisture and makes the bag air tight so you can deflate for packing or inflate for flotation with the attached manual air valve, or use the valve to compress all the air for maximum compression. The rugged 600-denier diamond ripstop nylon, PVC laminated outer shell has electronically welded seams for lasting toughness and waterproof integrity. Two lashing patches make for easy attachment to your pack, saddle, boat or ATV. Four sizes accommodate day trips to extended backcountry stays. Dimensions are capacity sizes when sack is fully sealed.

Large not EX Large

The large is a tremendous DrySac. It has a air release valve in the bottom that is functional and useful. I am extremely impressed. I used the Sac on a marine environment on a weekly basis and never been let down. Durable and reliable. I will now but a small one to clothes. I would prefer to have a large and small as opposed to extra-large because it would give your less weight per bag and more storage options around the boat.

Excellent bag

If you float rivers for several days to fly fish, a dry sleeping bag is essential to prevent hypothermia. I pack my sleeping bag in one of these bags and then put it inside my Cabelas dry duffle. Double bagging your sleeping bag, down jacket, and other essential clothing assures a comfortable evening camp no matter how much water you take on in the white water between pools.

Dry sack

I plan to use these this summer. I will put my down sleeping bag into one of them. They appear to be an excellent item but I won't know until summer.

Good bags but not the right size

I bought one of these to replace the prior one I had that my down sleeping bag was in. The one-way valve had failed in it. But I tried 2 sizes and neither fit the bag very well. Great bags while the one-way valve lasts, but mine went out at about 7-8 years with minimal usage. They wouldn't stand behind it after that long.
