Cabela's Eva Pistol Case

Very impressive case. It is a semi-hard case, yet somewhat flexible. It will provide good protection for your handgun or other items you may want to transport in it. It flexes if needed. The largest semi-auto handgun I currently have is a Glock 22 and it fits nicely, with about an inch and a 1/2 to spare. My Rough Rider 22 revolver with a 4 & 3/4-inch barrel won't fit. The reason I rate it a 4 instead of a 5, they could have used lockable zippers. You might be able to lock it with a very tiny lock, like those locks you used to get out of bubble gum machines LOL. Those little luggage locks won't fit.

I was somewhat skeptical of the quality of these cases. But after looking & handling them in person at a Cabelas store, I immediately placed an online order for two of the double cases. I house Desert Eagles (and spare barrels) in these and does not take up much space in the gun safe. I would never trust just any case for my DE's, but these are very good quality, have the protection I was looking for and without the bulk. Great product Cabelas and at a great price right now!

Purchased for my Smith and Wesson M&P Shield 9mm. The gun fits perfectly alongside the extra magazine. It's a psuedo-soft case: flexible, but too hard to crush with your hands. The inside material is foam similar to that found in hard cases.

This has to be one of the most durable and inexpensive cases I have ever purchased!
