Excellent design for trolling

In my experience, these are the best rods for trolling that I know of. The material in the handle gives you a good grip and is far more durable than the typical cork or foam found in other brands. The actions seem very well thought out for what they are intended for. I have had no issues with wear in the guides.

Negative Reviews:

pac bay disappointing

I was previously impressed with this rod. This is a good looking rod with nice action, The rear grip works well in the rod holder and the front cork grip is comfortable and good quality. I am not impressed with the telescopic feature, it tends to get tight and is difficult to collapse but the game breaker is the pac bay guides. On my last trip I had two rods fail because of the inserts falling out of pac bay guides. This was a new rod with little use, the guide that failed was the third back from the tip.
