great value

This GPS does everything I need it to do.I installed the Montana SD card map and I navigation is simple. The Garmin etrex 20 is simple and easy to use, even for someone who is technologically challenged like myself. If you are looking for a reasonably priced easy to use unit, this is it.

Works fine right out of the box. Locks onto satelites quickly. Nice screen and nice size.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! Even though Garmin has been around for awhile their Software-BaseCamp is not user friendly and BirdsEye which you have to pay for is not any better. They both are frustrating to use and frequent updates from Garmin can have you losing everything you saved on your GPS.I should be able to turn on my GPS and enjoy it not have to update it or back up everything every week.I will never buy another Garmin Product. If could give it less than 1 star I would.
