Cabela's Gore-Tex Workwear Gloves Reviews:

Positive Reviews:

Nice gloves.

Nice cold weather work gloves. The only downside to them is that the shape is kind of flat and it takes a while wearing them before they conform to the shape of the human hand. For a while they're very stiff and not easily bendable, and as a result a bit uncomfortable.

Negative Reviews:

Very Disappointed

I was under the impression that Workwear gloves are among the toughest of gloves, I was wrong. Had the gloves two years. Used them for mainly shoveling snow in the Winter, as well as a little wood stacking, also in the Winter. During the Winter was the only time I wore them. There are small cuts on both gloves, clear through the hyde and the gore-tex gave out this year so they are no longer waterproof. For the price and the "expected" quaity of this glove combination (Leather/Gore-Tex), I've had gloves that sell for much less (deerskin) that hold up better than these.

need reinforcement

I have purchased two pair of these gloves and both pair ripped apart between the thumb and forefinger. Just not good leather...too bad they fit well and are warm/waterproof. Expect better quality from high end Cabela's products.

Good... until they're bad

Comfortable Cons:
Liner has a tendency of wanting to come out with your hand. Most of the time it's not too bad to push it back in place but the most recent attempt I've had at pushing the liner back in place has yet to be successful; even after 30 minutes of struggling with it that included a sharpie to try to push the liner back into the fingers. May end up being the death of these gloves if the liner won't to back in place.
