Cabela's Gun-Cleaning Mats

I use this mat whenever I work on my rifles (also use the big on with my pistol). Bought 2 mats, that way, if I spill cleaner (Hoppe's 9 or Bore Shine), I can change the mats and keep working, allowing the spill to drain, and the pad to dry. I use an old house door for a table, and have never had a problem with cleaning product soaking thru the mat. Old door looks as ugly and dry as ever. Love these mats. I also used one of these mats for staining and refinishing a rifle stock with no leaking onto the door.

Cleaning mat is great, I hunt ducks and stay at different places. W hen done for the day, or if it has rained and gun is wet, I can take out the mat from bag and lay it out on back seat of pickup take it apart and clean. It was just what I was looking for.

I got mine on sale awhile back,its just how described. I bought the large mat and cut it in have to help a pal with her cleaning sta,tion The mat lays flat and will not,move Agreat little investment, for about the price of a box of ammo, No Brainer

The square sized gun mat is a nice cleaning tool to keep your pistol on while cleaning. It does not shed any material and there's nothing for the gun or its parts to get snagged on.
