Great Product!!

We have used these at at home and while camping. Our wood stove likes to smoke us out if the draft is not created fast enough; these firestarters have eliminated that! We love these things. I have tried many different products but these BY FAR are the best!! We also keep them in our hunting packs just incase they are needed. A previous post said something about no wick, there is a wick, you just have to flick it up with your fingernail.

Negative Reviews:

No wick, no fire magic

The old versions of this with the wick were great. I still have a few left and they always go in my pack. They saved my bacon the one time I truly needed a fire in the backcountry to stave off hypothermia. However, without the wick I would not bother with these. Picture trying and trying to start your fire starter. No thanks. Glad I tested these at home, can't imagine relying on these with cold shaky hands and the sun getting low. Lose your bean counters and bring back the wick and charge a penny more or whatever per starter.
