Cabela's Marine Rope Lighting Reviews:

Positive Reviews:

Good lights

The lights are good quality and bright. The only problem i had was that the lights are very difficult to connect together when multiple lights are bought.Everything else about these lights are great.

Good product

I put these lights in an jon boat, so I could see to change baits at night. They do the job and were easy to install.

Just ok

This incandescent bulb rope light isn't very bright. It works well if you prefer a low level of light at night. I used them in rod lockers and they provided an adequate amout of light.
However, if you prefer something more bright, you will need to go with an LED bulb rope light. Note that these lights use a lot of power as well: 33 watts for the 6 foot string. The LED rope lights use about 8 watts for the 2 foot string and provide significantly more light.

Not the best

Couldn't decide whether to use this or the LED Rope Light in my boat so bought both. The 2 feet of LED light supplies much more light than the 6 feet of this marine rope light and uses less amps. I will return this and buy more of the LED variety.
