Cabela's No-Vis Fluorocarbon Line 400 Yards -
After researching many different Fluorocarbon lines, Cabela's formulated a special 100% Fluorocarbon fishing line to give you all the characteristics you asked for. Not only is it virtually invisible under water, (only 100% Fluorocarbon comes close to matching the light refraction index of water) but its abrasion resistance, knot strength and tensile strength far exceeded our expectations. The extra-soft properties and minimal stretch make No-Vis the most castable 100% Fluorocarbon line on the market. Compare to other fluorocarbons and you will be amazed at how well our line fishes.
Available: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20-lb. test. (400 yds.)
- We feel so confident in our fishing lines that we make, in this day and age, a very unusual offer. We invite you to field test any of our Cabela's line for a period of 60 days. Compare them to any other line regardless of price. If you are not 100% satisfied, return them for a full refund, no questions asked.

Good Quantity For The Price

Using this line on my first bait-casting set-up. Haven't used it too much but it's plenty tough. Good quantity for the price. My only negative is that the line seems to hold a small amount of memory frequently wrapping the end of my pole.

Negative Reviews:

I'm sure this was a 1 in a million case

Spool came unraveled while spooling a reel and became tangled into itself and became completely unusable. I'm sure this was a 1 in a million case, but nonetheless it happened and was very inconvenient.

Decent Stuff

Bought 20lb test in store Cabela's in Washington. Been using this as leader material for 6 months now. Use it in SoCal for everything from surf fishing to inshore fishing. Have caught a number of species; Sand and Calico Bass, Lingcod, Rockfish, halibut and other inshore fish. So far no knot problems. Only issues are that it is fairly stiff and kinks, has a lot of memory initially, and seems to fray very easily. We do catch a lot of toothy species, so its expected, but straight mono seems to fray less. Even though it has frayed, it has yet to break off.
