Here we have a very good hat. I fish here in Brazil in every kind of weather, hot with temperature around 39 C and no clouds, pouring rain and this hat serve me well, protect head, face and neck.
See the image I was in the Xingu River, Amazon Basin.

Nice Hat

Made with quality materials. Has a nice head band inside. Nice broad rim to keep the sun off. Canvas is nice and stiff. The shape turned out a little different than I thought in the crown from the picture.

Nice for fishing

Prevents sun burn.

An upside down flower pot

This supposedly canvas hat --as per Wikipedia: "Modern canvas is usually made of cotton or linen, although historically it was made from hemp. It differs from other heavy cotton fabrics, such as denim, in being plain weave rather than twill weave."-- is actually a stiff mix of cotton and polyester which feels like a flexible pot of plastic. Looks nice on the picture, looks acceptable in reality but feels horrible.
