Kept my hunting partner from being hyperthermic
As part of my hunting pack in the tundra I had packed the vest, on the other hand my hunting partner had planned for a warmer conditions based on the weeks prior forecast. In short that vest kept his core warm when the temps were in the 20's. and freezing fog.

Wool Vest
Quality product....I normally wear a 2xl but ordered an XL and was a perfect fit. I have previously purchased wool clothing from Cabelas and have found it to be cut fuller than other wool products I have purchased.
great vest
This vest has it all. Warm, comfortable, good style, and great quality. Wore it opening of fishing with my buds and they all wanted one.

Way too big
Typically, I'm somewhere between a medium and a large, depending on the garment. I ordered a medium, as I had heard that these vests run big. When I put it on, it was still too big. I could also do without the large 'Cabelas" logos on the front AND the back of the vest.
