Positive Reviews:

great battery poor charger

battery holds charge for a long time. use on ice all day and still has plenty power. the charger is not what i thought cabelas would sell - .cheap and no way to tell when battery is fully charged.

Good battery

I have been usIng it daily to power a large homemade spinning blade decoy. I seem to get about two and a half hours out of it before it dies(which is average).

Negative Reviews:

Great batteries, terrible charger

I would normally give the batteries a 5 star rating but this review is targeting the charger. I expected the charger would be similar to the chargers that come with the Cabelas underwater cameras. Those chargers have an indicator light on them and they will end the charging cycle once the battery is fully charged thus preventing overcharging of the battery. This charger gives a full charge to the battery the entire time it is plugged in and you have to remember to remove it in a few hours or it will over charge your battery. Also, if you battery isn't completely dead you have no idea when it reaches it full charge. These kinds of chargers generally lead to a greatly reduced life expectancy of the battery because the battery is often either getting overcharged or not charged enough as the "smart" chargers. Again, the batteries themselves are superior and last several years but I will buy a different charger for them.
