Cabela's Riflescopes -
Improved, multicoated glass optics provide greater light transmission for superior brightness and contrast, edge-to-edge clarity, and picture-defining image resolution. Upgraded, streamlined eyepieces eliminate tunnel vision by moving the sight picture closer to the front of the eyepiece. Extended eye relief and an expanded exit pupil promote faster target acquisition. Side focus on some models allows you to quickly set the correct parallax for the shot. Each scope is waterproof, shockproof and fogproof. Prolonged exposure to subfreezing cold followed by immediate and prolonged immersion in hot water failed to cause any leakage or problems. Plus, they have been extensively torture-tested on hard-recoiling rifles without ever having an element shake loose. Rigid, precisely machined-aluminum tubes for years of service. Low-profile turrets with precise 1⁄4-MOA click windage and elevation adjustments.

Positive Reviews:

Have had this scope for a year now. It has been an excellent scope and was very easy to sight in. I was able to see a deer when it was almost completely dark outside in the evening. When at the range i was able to shoot very close groups at 50 and 100 yards. Touching at 50 and 1 inch at 100 yards without lead sled. My father inlaw who is 70 years of age was in the mountains here in WV with me and wasnt able to see a deer out of his scope, when I gave him my gun and told him to try the scope he was shocked at how well he could see out of it. This scope is definetly worth the money.

Pine Ridge Scope

I just bought this scope for a 243 i just bought. Had it sighted in within 3 rounds at 100 yards. This is the first Cabels's brand scope I have tried. I like it so far, have shot a box for rounds through it as so far so good. Good optics, very clear and bright.

Negative Reviews:

Just say NO

I got the 1x scope, to hunt blackpowder in Idaho. Shot groups were extremely erratic. About 8 to 10 inches at 50 yards. I took it off and put the peep sight back on, which I can't really focus on anymore, with my 51 year old eyes. Shot groups shrunk down dramaticly. About 1.5 inches at 50 yards. Cabela's customer service was very helpful with the return.

Bad Scope

Mounted a PIne Ridge 6-18 X 44 on a Mod 70 .308. After firing fewer than 30 rounds, scope objective went out of focus at higher power and later fell out all together.
