A Little Disappointed with Rocky Corn Stalkers

A number of years ago, a hunting friend highly recommended the Rocky Corn Stalkers and raved about how they felt broke in right out of the box. Since Cabelas had the Corn Stalkers on sale, I ordered a pair. I usually fit 8.5 but they were just too tight and rubbed my heels. Returned them for a pair of 9s. Still too snug and they are extremely stiff. There is a seam just above the heel that rubbed the back of my heel so much when I tried them on that it was uncomfortable to walk even just a little. The worst thing was the seam seemed to move as I walked, rubbing the top of my heel in the process. With much walking, they would quickly get raw. I think I will try the 9.5 size, but if they rub my heel like the first two pairs, I'll send them back and get a refund.
Always been happy with Cabela's return/exchange process though.
