The best mountain-rugged hunting trousers ever!

I am 63 years old. Gone thru a lot of hunting trousers in my day. These are the best ever! Highly recommend. Just wish they were made in the USA!

Negative Reviews:

Nice pattern - TERRIBLE Fit

I bought two pair of these pants, one in each of two different camo patterns, because I've found that, for some reason, different patterns end up being different materials and fit in other Cabela's clothing (manufactured at different plants?). Anyway, sure enough, one camo pattern was so tight I just put them straight back into the bag. The other was a marginally acceptable fit, so I figured I would try wearing them and see if maybe they would relax and stretch out a bit. As background, I have a 34" waist, but I typically buy 42" waist by 32" length, because that set of dimensions typically is a guy who is, shall we say, "stout," and needs some extra room in his britches. I'm not stout (6 feet tall, 208 pounds), but I have what might be called an "athletic build," especially in the rear-end area. So I ordered the largest size available, 42" waist, with the hope that it would be roomy enough. In any case, I wore the one pair for several days, including doing farm work and other strenuous activities. After the third time through the wash, rather than stretching, they had shrunk so much that they were at least a full size smaller than when I started. I simply couldn't even get them on at all. I also found that the pockets, while deeper than most jeans, were almost impossible to get my hands into. The pocket openings were significantly smaller than most normal jeans. Bottom line -- if you're REALLY SKINNY, like you run professionally in marathons, these will probably be fine for you. If you have any muscle bulk at all, especially in the rear end, don't even try. If anyone from Cabela's reads this, please tell your product ordering people to have your jeans manufactured by Wrangler, using their Relaxed Fit pattern. I have a pair of 42x32 camo jeans from them, and they fit great.
