Cabela's Roughneck S.A.W. 7" Steel-Toe Work Boots -
The most comfortable and durable work boots anywhere.
The Roughneck Shock-Absorbing Work Boots (S.A.W.) are the most comfortable, most durable work boots anywhere. No other boots deliver comparable shock absorption and comfort along with exceptional workhorse durability. We placed incredibly soft, shock-absorbing foam in the midsoles at the two impact points where your feet come in direct contact with the ground – the heels and the forefeet. Extra cushioning and support come from removable polyurethane footbeds. New contoured uppers reduce pinch points and are made of the finest oil-tanned and waxed leather for lasting service. Padded and vented collar, tongue and Achilles areas reduce pinching and fatigue. Inside, waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX® membranes keep your feet dry. The outsoles are oil- and slip-resistant rubber and are attached using Goodyear® welt construction to facilitate resoling. Positive heel angle is designed for use on ladder rungs or stepping on shovels. Steel shanks for increased rigidity. ASTM C/75 I/75 certified. Shock-absorbing heel pads and forefoot rebound pads reduce foot fatigue for unparalleled comfort. Imported.

Cabela's Roughneck S.A.W. 7" Steel-Toe Work Boots Review:

would not recommend

I work in construction and require steel toe boots. I needed a pair of lace up 6" boots right away for a job I got called onto (I only had pull ons) and ran into Cabelas. This was the only pair of womens steel toe they stocked so I bought them instead of running around town because I needed them right away. I know boots need a little breaking in, and I have had other steel toes in the past, but it's been 2 weeks and my feet are still killing me. They are heavy and hard to walk in. They seem like they were not really designed with a womens foot in mind. I am planning on purchasing another brand, and hope I can return these since I spent a good amount of money on them.
