Accessories That Help
I purchased two accessories, one that allows you to vertically stand a turkey or chicken and another that allows you to vertically smoke ribs or a brisket. Both work well and allows you to place other items in the cooker (like sweet corn, hot dogs etc.) that may not fit using the smoker's stainless racks. The units are quality constructed and can be easily cleaned by placing them in the dishwasher.
SMOKER POULTRY RACKS
the smaller racks work well for cornish hens,smaller chickens and pheasants. the larger rack is good for larger chickens and turkey breasts about 7 lbs or so. perhaps a full bird but I have not tried yet.

My Smoker
My wife made fun of me after I purchased this smoker. Now that she has tasted the turkey, beef jerky, pork butt, and other items we have prepared on this smoker, she thinks it is one of the best purchases I have made.

Works great but is flemsy
It does not hold the thick heavy ribs as well as the small ones. Little to lightweight for what I needed it for. But works great for small ribs.
