I've used this type of sinker for years when trolling or drifting for Walleyes. I am able to maintain easy contact with the bottom and can change weights or add weight in a hurry. I can also easily and quickly vary the length of the snell with the use of a small lead shot stopper.

I ordered these in the 3/4 OZ and 1.0 OZ. Both packages had one of the snaps broken off. Beware, you may only get 2/3 of the amount you pay for.
