This cleaning kit was purchased for a friend who had never leaned a weapon prior to being given this kit.
Since being given this kit he has discovered that he did not have to purchase extra items to correctly clean his weapons. 98% of all items required to clean a weapon correctly can be found in this one kit.

Good...Works for me.

Good kit for on the go. I take it with me to the range and shooting events. Does what it needs to do..

Negative Reviews:

Poor Design - Sorry I Bought It

I had high hopes for this because it had the Cabela name on it. I have been extremely disappointed with it. Nothing is labeled so you must open every single container to see what size the brush, swab, etc. is. It takes forever to find what you need. To top it off, many of parts are not labeled, e.g. 9mm, 22, .30 cal. so you are constantly guessing as to what parts are appropriate for the job you are trying to accomplish. Most of the parts are held in unlabeled containers in velcro inserts that are ill fitting. Poor design. Finally, trying to assemble all the cleaning rod pieces is extremely frustrating because you end up playing hit-and-miss trying to get all the correct parts together.

Shotgun cleaning rod broke the first time I used it. Enough said. Taking it back.
