Tough as Nails

Just an amazing Rod. Held up to a week straight of 15-30 pound Salmon. Had fights that lasted over an hour. The rod was stress tested to the limit. Now onto the steelies. The rod had plenty of feel to work lighter fish like steelhead trout. They tend to fight like crazy out of the gate and then you really need to work the fish. Great all around Rod!!!

awesome for price

Went fly fishing pere Marquette river Michigan. 7-12. 20-30 lbs kings daily over 4 straight days. May get another for back up. Great rod. I did use an more expensive reel.

Great Value

This is exactly what I was looking for, 8' 5wt for tight courters bass and pan fish fishing. Great rod for the money.

9' 7wt

While I had it, this was a great fly rod. It shot the line out smoothly and accurately, and I caught a few nice steelhead with it. But today it just snapped about 3 feet from the tip, I was just casting like normal and not doing anything crazy. I've had it about 6 months and it's already broken, pretty stupid if you ask me
