Cabela's Trail Tamer Utv Folding Windshield -
Cabela’s versatile, UTV Folding Windshields deliver the ideal blend of flexibility, functionality and style. Run the windshield in the up-and-locked position for complete comfort, or lock in the lower position for increased airflow and visibility. Once mounted, the durable, weather-resistant nylon hinges can be raised or lowered without tools. Rubber-coated stainless steel clamps mount the windshield directly to the roll cage for a solid, vibration-free performance. Gasket trim seals the windshield from additional airflow and protects hood from damage. Constructed of 1/4"-thick polycarbonate, the windshield is rigid and trailerable at highway speed when facing in the forward position. Made in USA.

Positive Reviews:

Quality control issues

The windshield was as described, but the pop rivets that hold some of the brackets were either missing or improperly installed.

Poor choice

I recently purchased a Cabelas Trail Tamer folding windshield for my new Rhino. Installed it according to directions and parked it in the barn awaiting better weather. About a month later I went to finally use it and the rubber straps that hold the window up had broken in half on each side. This leaving no way to keep the windshield in the up position!!! Another and most important design flaw is that the upper and lower sections have a bent lip that turns inward toward the occupants. Thus, when it rains, water runs down the windshield and is channelled inside where it drips directly onto the dash and the occupants legs. There is no seal at this area between the three hinges. Very unhappy with this unit and would definitely recommend people to look at another brand no matter the price difference. Rhinos themselves aren't cheap,so buy a quality windshield, NOT one of these.

The straps broke within a few weeks of owning it, making it useless. Its also not a full windshield, it leaves about 8in of open space above it which is fine for the roof I have on my Ranger. Installed easy. Only recommend if you can get extra straps.

save your money

Save your money and buy something else this product has problems with the rubber straps that are supposed to hold the windsheild in place. Shortly after the purchase the straps broke and the hardware holding the straps fell apart. Very expensive for a poor product.
