Cabela's Ultimate Outdoor Pant -
On the trails, your legs do all the work. So why hold them back with pants that aren't up to the challenge of trekking over rough ground? The hearty garment-washed, 9.5-oz. 98/2 cotton/spandex blend provides the optimum balance of weathered softness, durability and multidirection stretch for all-day comfort. If that wasn't enough, we've responded to your comments and updated these pants with a front button closure instead of a snap. All seams are triple-needle-stitched to ensure they'll stand up to countless miles of backcountry hiking and frequent washings. Reinforcements on the back cuffs, knife-clip pocket and media pocket add extra durability. A curved back and gusseted crotch combine for an extra-comfortable fit and the freedom needed to hike and climb. Large rear pockets, a drop-in security pocket and a reinforced knife clip. Imported.
Colors: Timber, Charcoal, Desert Khaki, Foliage.
Inseams: 30", 32". Waist sizes: 30-48 even sizes.

Great pants

Bought these after Cabelas changed them to a button and hole instead of the snap. The 2% of Spandex give them a little different feel, but they feel very sturdy. Waist was true to size but they run a little long, but I like that so when I sit down they don't ride up my legs. They are loose fitting but that is what makes them comfortable; no binding or tightness when I bend over or climb. Might be a little too noisy to wear as hunting pants. I have worn Cabelas pants for years and still have many older ones I still wear. These seem like they will last a long time.

Very comfortable

Very comfortable pants. A little stretch in the fabric makes them very nice to wear. Good pocket sizes. I'm getting a pair more and would recommend these any day...

Negative Reviews:

good pants but several issues

I purchased these in the hope they would be similar to the 98/2 (cotton/spandex) 7 pocket hiker pants that Cabela's used to sell. They are not. Positives: the fabric is soft & comfortable. Negative: the pockets do not have button or Velcro closures. I use these pants for hiking in the Rocky Mountains and the last thing I want is for my wallet, phone or keys to fall out of my pockets. Aesthetically, I do not like the very obvious triple stitched seams or the seams above & below the knee. I have multiple 7 hiker pants & like them very much for hiking. I plan to return the Outdoor pants.
