Best Rifle Scope

I now own 4 rifle scopes made by Vortex and they are one of the best scopes on the market today!! The clarity, and quality craftmanship far surpass nearly all rifle scopes in this price range. The 6x18x44 of which I own 2 of, in my opinion, is the best of even the higher priced scopes on the market. I would highly recommend these scopes to anyone seeking a new rifle scope. You won't be disappointed.

Great scope for your buck!

I bought this scope for a new short .223 I bought last year, I got it in the 6-18x44. It really was a good scope for the money. I sold the rifle with the scope, but now I'm thinking of getting another one for my new rifle.

Hard to beat

I have this scope in the 6-18X44 with the dead hold reticule. Crystal clear. I will be buying another one. The hash mark cross hair is not to be beat.

I purchased this scope for three reasons: 1) Cabelas no hassle 60 day warrenty. 2) vortex no hassle lifetime warranty. 3) Vortex sales rep chimed in a few times in the Q&A section that this scope will withstand Magnum recoil. My experience: glass was very clear edge to edge, AO was great, fit and finish were neat and clean as expected. The problem was 3 trigger pulls into sighing in and the internals were destroyed. I dont know what the part is called....prisim? Here is what I do know, when I took the scope off it was rattling, I looked down the objective and saw a piece (short cylinder) rattling around. Cabelas exchanged it with no problems. I'm giving it another go round this weekend if possible. Updates to follow.
