Great Rod!
This is a Excellent Rod,Very well crafted.I would compare it to a ugly stick.Only this rod looks alot better.The only flaw with The 9ft MH WHUPPIN STICK Is the butt of the rod is about few inches shorter than what i like...But Its all about preference.If you like the shorter style handle buy it its an awesome Rod for the price!

After begging my wife for a new fishing rod, she finally bought me a 7' medium power casting rod on a trip to Cabelas in Rogers, Mn. I paired it with a 6600 Abu Bcx with 20lb Suffix mono. With a 1.5 oz weight, it casts awesome, and feels as if it has plenty of backbone. And, it was 40% off!

I ordered 2 of these rods, one for me and one for my son. One of the rods looks fine but the other rod has eyes that do not line up straight. One eye is about 1/4 inch off line with the others. I haven't used it yet to see how it will perform.
