Positive Reviews:

My standard hydration adjunct

Easy to use physiologic electrolyte tabs that don't have the sugar to brew junk in the Nalgene or reservoir, and taste good to boot.

Great stuff

Great product, effervescence really helps. Beats Gatorade packs & other electrolyte mixes by a mile.

Negative Reviews:

Couldn't finish it.

Bought this to keep in my pack for hot trail days when I needed an electrolyte boost. The fizzy, carbonated aspect was a little hard to swallow. Imagine warm, carbonated, salty kool-aid.

to heavy

never used it in summer so really don't no if it makes a differants, but is it heavy and big in it size.just like taking a bottle of gatoraid.
