nice hydrapack

Rating:****
This hydrapack works well- but can be difficult to (re)fill if the pack has much cargo. It is stable, but one needs to keep cinching the compression straps to keep it secure. the hose clips work well, but must be undone to take off the pack. (Don't know how many times my bite valve has dragged in the dirt at this moment....) For dayhikes or two hour bike rides though- it works well.

This is my second waistpack from CB.,and as the other one this one is also my favorite,it has plenty room for either a cellphone and a powerbar, etc. or even a small roll of TP,+ it has key fob that holds your keys in place and it can also be used with it in front of you instead of on your behind or lower back area.

I'm a 1/2 marathon "walker" and use this to keep me hydrated. I'm able to hold my cell, id, and gel packs along with having enough water for the distance. I like the fact that I'm not contributing to the paper cup piles!!!!

Negative Reviews:

I wish it would stay put!

Rating:**
I am a long distance runner, so I was looking for something that was easy to haul around for long runs (15 miles+). The pack itself is great - lots of room for keys, phone, ipod, gels, etc. The bladder holds a good amount of water, too.

I'm disappointed in the waistband. It's fully adjustable, but when I have the bladder filled to capacity and I am running, the straps loosen up all on their own. The only solution I have found is to have the bladder about 1/2 full (which really doesn't solve the initial reason why I bought this) in order for the waist pack to stay put and not fall down past my hips. I have not worn this walking or hiking, so that may be a better activity with this type of pack.

The description indicates it's perfect for running - but I don't agree.
