I used this camelback for a 7hr mountain bike ride, my first time with a camelback so I was worried of getting sore or tired somewhere in the back or the shoulders. But it fits like a glove. I managed to stick in a powershot, 2 cliff bars, 2 packs of dry fruit, the patch kit, and the reservoir was full. | |
