Positive Reviews:

super durable and strong

This chair is very comfortable and strong. The only drawback is that it is a tripod with a triangular seat. If you take care where you put the feet and where you put your rear, it is very stable and comfortable. If you just plop yourself down without looking, you may tip over and/or sit on one of the legs. That being said, its durability, weight, and compact size make it perfect for hiking and camping. I bought 2 of these to replace the smaller lighter backpacking version I lost while rafting the Grand Canyon. In fact I bought the roll a table and roll a chair too. They make the best car camping furniture.

Great seat for the price.

I am an amateur photographer but because of back problems I can't stand for long periods of time. This stool is light enough that I can carry it with me and when my back begins to hurt I just set it up and rest. The stool is stable enough that I don't have to worry about it rocking or moving and causing problems in taking pictures. I don't know why I didn't purchase the stool sooner.

Lightweight and comfortable

I bought this as a gift for my parents. They like to hike, but they tire out easily and have hip pain sometimes. It is lightweight and should be easy for them to carry. We all tried it out and found it to be sturdy and comfortable. I would have liked to buy the chair but the price is a bit too high for me.

Great for waiting in line

Bought it for an Alaskan cruise. Provided a great break on hikes that were too much for me. Used it to wait in line to change excursions plans on the ship. Made the visit to Butchart Gardens very relaxing. I only regret that I was able to pack it and it wasn't avaiable to use while I waited in long lines in Customs!!

Blue Stool

Lightweight, easy to carry and quick to set up. I use it as a footstool when camping with the family and as a chair when in the woods during Guard drill. Have had other types of camping stools but this one is the easiest to use and most versatile.

Perfect for light weight hiking in swamp

I always use one of these when hiking in the Florida everglades. The ground is usually wet and there's frequently no place to sit. I just purchased a new one to replace the one that I have been using for 8 years. The fabric finally gave out.

There when you need it.

I use this stool because I have problems being on my feet for long periods. It is light and I use the velcro on it to strap it to my belt so I always have a chair with me. It's perfect.

Excellent, light weight, very useful.

Ever since I was in my 70's I've used this stool on walks in order to rest when my back was acting up. I never left the house without it. It is wonderful and many people have asked me about it.

Sturdy, light weight and easy to carry

Where ever you need to sit in a hurry and carry the least weight, this stool is perfect. I use it for outdoor spectator sports. It is sturdy, extremely easy to carry and light weight.

Light Weight Stool

Nice, light weight stool to carry. Just finished a 7 day bike camping tip, was nice to have around camp instead of the table bench at the end of a long day riding.

Negative Reviews:

Too Short & Small!

Wanted something small and compact but this was too small.

Neutral Reviews:

Strap too short

I use the stool so that I don't have to stand up too long. I have a bad leg. The shoulder strap is much too short to carry over my shoulder.
