| Ouch - These boots are gorgeous. Very comfortable (looking), and very, very cute with skirts. That said: I typically wear something between a 7 1/2 and an 8, but wear an 8 with boots to accommodate socks in the winter. These boots were beyond too tight. I have regular width feet, and that was fine, but they were very snug in the toes, and while I know the leather will stretch over time, it wouldn't zip up past my right calf!!! I usually have a hard time finding boots because I lose my tiny calves in "normal" sized boots. They look ridiculous on me - which is why I thought these boots would be right up my alley. Maybe in one size up? Too bad Zappos is out of that size. | |

| Not as comfy as other Camper boots - I have a pair of brown Camper boots (very similar - but slightly different style) that I LOVE. They were comfortable form the day I took them out of the box. These, unfortunately, are not the same. These gave me a pretty gnarly blister on one heel - though I am hoping I will be able to break them in. They are narrow in the toes - which is fine for me since I have very narrow feet - but probably not good for most. I'm keeping them - but not as happy as I thought I'd be. | |

| Camper Spiral Review - I have had a pair of Camper Spirals for almost three years, and they are still holding up fine. They are comfortable and durable. They can be worn casually or professionally. They are light enough for cool Summer evenings, but will keep you warm in Winter. They are really just a great all purpose boot. I recommend spending the money on them. And, Zappos has the best customer service ever. | |

| best boots I've ever owned! These are literally the best boots I've ever owned, and I am a boot addict. They are soft, supple, and fit my legs like a glove. They are incredibly comfortable; I could run around in them all day. The look is very European - flat heel, round toe, very classy and subtle. I adore these! NOTE: these are boots for slender legs and narrow feet. | |

| Camper Spiral 46098 - These are my perfect black boot for everyday. They look cute with skirts and also good with jeans. They are not loose on my calf, but I can still (just) tuck skinny jeans into them. I think my calves are average diameter! | |

| Great boots - I love these boots; they are so comfortable they didn't even need to be broken in. The leather is soft and durable at the same time. They will also zip up over jeans! Fantastic boots! | |

| Nice looking boot, but way too narrow - I just got these despite reading previous reviews about the narrowness of the shaft. I have normal to thin-size calves, and after trying these on, I think the shaft is extremely narrow. I think it's a design error on the part of Camper, which is too bad, because I have owned many pairs of Camper shoes and love them all. I know it is supposed to be a narrow fit and the leather will stretch with some time, but for the price, I expect a perfect boot. Other than that, the leather is lovely and the overall look is great. It seemed like it would've been a comfortable footbed, too, albeit a bit narrow as well. | |

| The calf is too narrow! I love Camper shoes and have been buying them for years. They are well-made, built to last, and always fit me perfectly. Not so with these boots! I have thin to average sized calves and was really dismayed when I tried them on and couldn't zip very far past my ankle. Unfortunately I had to return them. | |
