The Canada Goose Men's Langford Parka is new to the Canada Goose Arctic Line, designed to be a stylish urban piece, but built to provide complete protection against extreme weather conditions. The shell is made with Canada Goose's 195gsm Arctic-Tech and cotton blend with DWR, filled with 625 fill power white duck down, and combined with a 55gsm Nylon-weave, water-proof lining with WR finish to provide complete insulation. The Men's Langford Parka includes an adjustable hood lined with a removable coyote fur ruff for added warmth, and allows you to adjust size as conditions change. Canada Goose also boasts a range of extra features in their Langford line, including a center-front YKK 2-way locking zipper with insulated storm flap, heavy-duty recessed and flexible rib-knit cuffs, back webbing grab-strap, upper chest and lower body pockets with Velcro flaps, as well as 2 interior pockets with zipper closures. This men's parka has a mid-thigh length with an elasticized drawcord waist to add extra insulation beyond your torso. The Canada Goose Langford Parka is made for those living in cold cities like Montreal or Munich, which means you can keep yourself warm and comfortable in your day to day life and stop stressing about freezing on simple trips around town.

Of all the Canada Goose coats I've looked at this one looks the most refined and could go from city to expedition pretty seamlessly. The longer length is nice and it wasn't too heavy. I feel a little conflicted about the fur edging, but it definitely adds to comfort and warmth - I just wish they offered an faux version. That aside it's very well made and will probably last for at least a decade.
I own several Canada Goose coats and this particular coat is IMO far and away the best winter parka CG makes. It's comfortable to wear and looks stylish and will last you the better part of 10 to 15 years depending how hard and under what conditions you use it under. Also, Backcountry is an excellent bunch of folks to do business with.
This is the perfect parka for South Korea's harsh winter!
My husband tried this on and he was so thrilled about how warm it was at the same time, it being so stylish!
It is not as heavy as what other reviews had said.
Hey, I was just wondering if you were going to be restocking the graphite/black in size small anytime soon.
I'm 5'9, 150lb and the small fits me pretty well. Especially the sleeve length, it's perfect. Even though the fit and finish are great, I just could not bring myself to like this coat for one reason-- the double zipper. While it is over-sized and appears to be very durable, it is extremely difficult to get it to engage at the bottom of the coat. Since the coat is already long in the first place, and there is a sizeable strip of wind blocking fabric beneath the zipper, it is very awkward to even get the zipper into position. When you finally do get it in the right spot, it does not reliably engage. I want to emphasize that it isn't broken--it's just flimsy and hard to slip into place. If this was fixed it would be a nice coat.
