New to the Arctic Line, this stylish urban piece was designed based on the success of its family members that it closely resembles; the Chateau Parka and the Banff Parka. With its 625 fill power white duck down insulation, this jacket is sure to keep your warm, be it on the streets of Montreal or Munich.

Toasty, Comfy, many compliments

Dipped below freezing in New York City last night, wore my new coat to walk my dog. Very comfy & warm, but not too warm. I was deciding between Langford and Chateau, but Langford fit & style was more appealing after trying each one on several times. Sizing can be an issue; I'm 6'2, 34/35 sleeve, 30 waist. I was 'in-between'medium & large in Chateau, even though it is a 'slim' cut per se, neither was quite right. The medium Langford is a 'regular' cut, but fits perfectly. I think the extra length and cleaner lines of the Langford won me over. The velcro closure wind flap covering the zipper gives a handsome simplicity. Lots of roomy pockets for guy stuff. Adjustable fur ruff is versatile; with hood down, delicious around neck/ears. With hood up, amazing difference in wind chill. My only criticisms: 1) I'm still awkward with the left handed (european) style zipper. 2) I love the forest green color, but I might have gone for Navy if that were an option. The light tan seems very popular - but just not practical. So far - this is my favorite coat, ever.

Of all the Canada Goose coats I've looked at this one looks the most refined and could go from city to expedition pretty seamlessly. The longer length is nice and it wasn't too heavy. I feel a little conflicted about the fur edging, but it definitely adds to comfort and warmth - I just wish they offered an faux version. That aside it's very well made and will probably last for at least a decade. at on 10/22/2012

I own several Canada Goose coats and this particular coat is IMO far and away the best winter parka CG makes. It's comfortable to wear and looks stylish and will last you the better part of 10 to 15 years depending how hard and under what conditions you use it under. Also, Backcountry is an excellent bunch of folks to do business with.

This is the perfect parka for South Korea's harsh winter!
My husband tried this on and he was so thrilled about how warm it was at the same time, it being so stylish!
It is not as heavy as what other reviews had said.

Hey, I was just wondering if you were going to be restocking the graphite/black in size small anytime soon.

Negative Reviews:

Very warm jackrt, BUT...

Very disapointed in the quality. Stiching is ripping, rain/snow leaks through. Not worth the money. Over rated.

Neutral Reviews:

I'm 5'9, 150lb and the small fits me pretty well. Especially the sleeve length, it's perfect. Even though the fit and finish are great, I just could not bring myself to like this coat for one reason-- the double zipper. While it is over-sized and appears to be very durable, it is extremely difficult to get it to engage at the bottom of the coat. Since the coat is already long in the first place, and there is a sizeable strip of wind blocking fabric beneath the zipper, it is very awkward to even get the zipper into position. When you finally do get it in the right spot, it does not reliably engage. I want to emphasize that it isn't broken--it's just flimsy and hard to slip into place. If this was fixed it would be a nice coat.
