Good shirt |

| I purchased this shirt in size medium and in the color stone. I would just like to say that I love this color. It's very understated yet esthetically pleasing (most cycling jerseys tend to be loud colors). I also like the low profile duck pocket and zip neck. The zip allows you to vent when needed, and the duck pocket could probably easily carry a water bottle (but is probably designed to carry smaller items). Another feature that I absolutely love about the garment is the longer length of the sleeves. Typically active wear T-shirts have shorter sleeves and they can ride up, bunching under your armpits (especially when worn under another garment). This can be hot and uncomfortable. The longer sleeves of this garment virtually eliminates that problem. I had just few problems with the garment. I know that it's designed to have a tight fit, with that said I still think the sizes are overly optimistic. I am about 5'11, 200lbs and I have a 39/40 chest, and I could barely fit in the medium (which supposed to be 40-42). I gave the shirt away, and will be ordering a large. Another thing that I took issue with (though this is really just nitpicking) is the fact that the merino wool that this garment is constructed of is just bit scratchier than other merino garments I've used. This isn't that big of a problem, and merino garments usually soften after just a couple of washings. Overall this is a pretty versatile shirt with a lot of nice features. I don't intend to use it while cycling. I will be using it as a lightweight baselayer garment in cooler weather but I would imagine that it would be great for it's intended use. |

Wool is the real deal |

| There is nothing better than a good wool jersey, and this is a good wool jersey at a great price. This is a fine wool and not itchy at all. Wool does not stink after a day's ride so it's perfect for multi-day tours when you can't wash it every day. Much warmer than a plastic jersey when you get caught in the rain. Get the Lime; it's very bright but that's what you want, right? Doubles as a base layer when it's really cold out. Buy one larger than you need it and just throw it in the wash and dryer on low heat. If it shrinks then it's no be deal. |

| Great price for a merino wool jersey. Thin but well constructed (flat stitched seems). It somewhat itchy (at the seems) but not a problem for me Comes with a roomy mesh lined zippered back pocket The stone is bland and dull and highlights wrinkles, the lime is bright -- even brighter than on the computer if you can believe that -- and the blue is just right. Same as la mongie only without stripe. Stripe is only on the front and looks just ok - I like the paris better but am getting one of each at this price. |

Wool Cycling Jersey on a budget |

| I now have four wool jerseys and want more. Canari produced a high quality and long lasting jersey in both the Paris or La Mongie. I have owned a La Mongie for more than a year and it is going strong. I launder the wool jerseys along with the synthetic jerseys on gentle cycle. I love wool, and was amazed to find wool bike shirts. In the winter they provide more warmth than a synthetic shirt, but I also wear them through the summer (in Okla.). I am a recreational cyclist, with rides of 10 to 50 miles. |

| Awesome wool jersey! I bought one of these in the summer because (#1) of the price, used it washed it a couple of times and am very pleased of this American product. For me the weight is perfect(lightweight) so while visiting Reno,NV I droped in to STP and bought another jersey to pull over the other one if need be.I have alot of wool jerseys but most of them are are very thick for very winter conditions and i tend to overheat in them @ around the 40-50 Degree mark, this jersey was perfect for me!I would buy more! |

Enjoying wool |

| This is my first wool cycling jersey. It's very lightweight and I've worn it for a week now commuting with daytime highs in the mid to upper 80s and fairly high humidity. It is just as comfortable as my regular cycling jerseys. This model is cut loose and has a large rear zippered pocket, would have preferred the traditional two or three, unzippered. Would also have preferred the zipper to be two to three inches longer, but got it for a great price. |

Initial Impressions |

| I have numerous wool jerseys and have worn wool jerseys for decades. Although I"ve not worn this one on a ride yet, my initial impression is this jersey is well made and functional. The fit is good and the seams well finished. The material is on the thin side, so it may be more appropriate as a early fall, late spring jersey. The longer zipper will help for days that warm up as the ride progresses |

| Elastic at hem is sewn directly to fabric -- won't twist. However, it may "ride up," making this a better choice when cold/windy as overlayer to e.g. a silk undershirt that can be tucked into bottoms. Seems well-tailored, but I'd have to agree with comments regarding the lighter density of the fabric. i.e. Seams may hold up, but not sure about ultimate durability |

| Curretly using the jersey for trainer workout. Plenty of give so it does not restrict movement. Form fit but, not compressed. I am not sure of the single zipper pocket though. It is large but not too deep. For the utility of the jersey will get more. The high glo and the blue are good colors |

| we ride regardless of weather or temp. having a good wool base layer (that could end up as the outer layer) helps maintain an even body temp; not too hot going up hill and keeps you warm going down hills |
