| I love this type of dumbell. Easy to operate, no moving parts and once you get up to the 50 pound range they look real cool when you do reps to impress your GF. In addition they never go out of style, can deter burglers (I'd go with a 50 for that.) and can be used to heroically break through glass or keep your car from rolling down hill. | |

| They are a pretty good price as far as buying weights goes. They are quality weights and only dent or scratch if you are careless with them and bang them together. Overall they are good weights for the price. | |

| Very versatile. It is not too heavy for squats, and thus good for weaklings, but very heavy for shoulder flys, so good for studs too. It is cheaper per pound than ground beef and lasts a lot longer. | |
