| I wore these for my wedding :) If you don't want to wear heels (I wanted to be the perfect height for the first kiss from my groom :) and know that ballet slippers don't have much arch support, go with these. They are EXTREMELY comfortable and make a nice line with the rest of the gown. I also found out later that guys find them to be very very cute (I kept them for after the wedding :) and around the house they are terrific. Even if you're not a gymnast (which I'm not) they're to be recommended :) | |

| Comfy leather sock slipper - On my sort of 5 1/2-6, narrow heeled, high arched feet, fit and feel was about the same as a slipper sock with synthetic traction bumps on the sole. I agree that there's probably too much traction for true spins on a smooth floor, but for exercise or dance workout on a slippery floor or synthetic carpet, they're fine. And, definitely better than bare feet or socks as protection in my sewing room against stray pins and needles. | |

| Use for slippers - I use these slippers instead of wearing socks around the house in the winter; the sole is suitable to out to the mailbox in dry weather; the price and fit make them suitable for slippers; in fact in the sizing chart it says to buy the size so that they fit like socks. The construction is good and the traction is good; when these wear out I would replace them with the same product | |

| Difficult to spin - The sole on this shoe is somesort of synthetic rubber. Which makes it every difficult to do axle spins. | |
