When the mercury starts to plummet, but conditions are on, Hana Beaman turns to the Cappel Women's Road To Ruin Down Jacket to keep her warm while she's out in the backcountry. Hana worked with Ride to make this jacket ultra-warm and super-stylish so she could look good while throwing down smooth-ass tricks in frigid temperatures.
The fabric features Aquapel waterproofing to keep you dry in all but the wettest conditions and taped critical seams to prevent moisture from seeping in through the cracks. Down insulation in the body is lightweight yet incredibly warm, and Clomax insulation in the sleeves keeps it low-profile. Speaking of sleeves, the sleeves are removable so you can rock it as a vest when it's warmer, and they're reversible to you have two looks to choose from when you're rocking it as a jacket. Mesh-lined underarm vents let you dump heat when the sun comes out in the afternoon. It also has a long cut to keep your butt dry on the chairlift. A zip-out powder skirt keeps snow out when you're surfing through the deep stuff, and can be removed when skies are clear.
