Maxima Blue Streaks

The Carbon Express Maxima Blue Streaks are the toughest arrow on the market. I was shooting at an indoor 3-D archery shoot and one of the shots was at a metal deer. I ended up hitting metal the arrow bounced back, didn't break and I still used it. I pull 60lbs. This is the greatest arrow out there. Also, took 2 deer with them this year.

Great Product

I used these arrows this year, and I had great success. I had a clean pass through on a deer and I couldn't be happier. Nice tight grouping when shooting.

I have been shooting these for a couple weeks now. I really like them and have had zero issues.

Weight forward not the case

If you're looking at these arrows to give you a better FOC because of the "Weight Forward Technology" don't waste your time. They shoot and group fine but no better than any other arrow on the market. I personally fletched shafts from Carbon Express, Beman, Easton, and Gold Tip. All of the arrows were set up the same as follows:
*Grains per inch= 7.4
*Arrow length= 28 inches
*Finished shaft weight= 347 grains
*Tip= 100 grain
*Spine= 400
*Fletched with Blazers
The balance point (17 5/8 inch) was the same for all of these arrows and the FOC was an identical 12.9 percent for all arrows. The "Weight Forward Technology" by Carbon Express appears to be just another marketing gimmick because they have no better FOC than any other arrow.
