Carhartt Sherpa-Lined Sandstone Detroit Jacket Tall Review:

Beware the Sizing Guide

I used the sizing chart and based on my 6'2" height I ordered the tall size, the arms were a good 2" too long (I normally wear a 17' 34-35 shirt) so I had to exchange it for the regular large which fits me perfectly. The jacket itself is very warm, the sherpa lining makes a big difference and as usual the exterior is tough as nails. The only weak point may be the zipper pulls which seem a little weaker than I'd expect. Overall this is a jacket that's as home out taking care of business as it is on a casual afternoon. I like the zipper, keeps the wind at bay more than my button up chore coat. I'd definitely recommend the jacket, but unless you have very long arms, stick to the regular size. Its a great jacket!
