Features double knees with cleanout bottoms to accommodate knee pads and has zip-to-knee leg openings with a protective wind flap. Warm and functional!
These overalls are fantastic... FINALLY a pair of work overalls that actually fit a woman and look good too! They are warm, functional (with zippered legs and lots of pockets). I bought a size up thinking they'd layer over a base layer, but they run big... so had to go back down to the size I normally wear in pants. They also run VERY long, so where I normally wear a regular (32") inseam, with these a short (30") was plenty long.
I bought the foam carhartt knee pad inserts for my overalls and they were the best thing I ever did! make them warmer and keeps knees warm even kneeling in the snow or on cold surfaces working for hours in sub-zero temps. Only complaint about these is that the duck fabric wears out quickly in heavy friction areas (knees especially) so patches are necessary in time with heavy use.

Best Overalls on the Market
These are my third pair in 15 years. (Wore out the other two pair.) The elastic in the back is a huge improvement. They are very warm, comfortable and true to size. The zip up legs make getting them off real easy. Pockets are large and easy to access. Only thing that would make them better would be plastic snap latches so they would stay real secure. Can wear them all day with comfort.
