Excellent towel for minimalists

| I took this towel to Philmont Scout Ranch (PSR) in northern New Mexico, it preformed greatly on my 11 day, 100+ mile trek. This towel was used on the rare occasions that we were in a camp that had a shower or if we wanted to take a quick dip into a river or lake. I thought this product was great due to it's light, compact nature and quick drying. When i had a 60 lb pack on, it was great that i didn't have to lug around a heavy wet towel. after using this towel i was able to squeeze 95% of all water out of it, when i got to camp and hung the towel, it dried in 30-40 minutes. i have since stopped using cotton towels in my and use my packtowl instead. while the towels are soft upon purchase, washing them makes them even softer and more absorbent (or so i have found). a note of caution to people who are thinking of purchasing this towel, the dimensions are 16.5x36. but i wear a size 30 waist and the towel length was just a bit too short to be secured around my waist. Regardless of the above statement, this towel is amazing and worth every penny. | |

Great Towel | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
This was a great towel to dry off with at our camping site and then leave on the chairs overnight to dry out. The morning we were leaving camp, it had rained all night making for a wet mess with breaking the tent down. So we used the towels to dry off the tent before packing it away. It was a great tool to have. We also used to to dry off some other items such as the cooler. I don't know how handy it would be for a wash cloth, I think it'd feel funny and wash cloths are so small it might be just as easy to use a regular wash cloth.

Great lightweight towel

| This is a great towel...ok, so a little more like a chamois than a towel, but we arently looking for warm fuzzy comfort. If you are looking to feel warm and cuddly, get something different, if you are looking to get dry and press on then this is for you. After a quick shower or dip just hang it on your backpack and it will be dry an hour or so into the hike. Also, it seems to not get that musty odor so bad, maybe because it doesnt have the bulk. Definite recommend. | |

we own an airstream trailer and we travel quite a lot .......with a 6'4" 220 lb hubby.....i needed a towel that had several qualities...........it had to be big enough.....it had to dry quickly.......and it had to take up a small amount of room.........this towel fits all the criteria and it fells good to use also (per the hubby).........i'm planning on getting more for home and trailer!!!

Necessary addition to your gear

I used this towel backpacking through Europe and it is a necessity on camping trips. It works surprisingly well and dries extremely fast. Get a big one to dry off with and another to wash with. They are also great for washing dishes out on the trail. They dry so fast, you won't have to worry about funky smells in your pack. Great buy.

Great Little Towel | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| This is a great little towel. Perfect for backpacking or quick road trip rest stop refreshes. Packs small, is lightweight and does the job well. I'm a big weirdo about getting completely dry before throwing on clothes, especially in the backcountry when taking good care of feet and such to prevent blisters and chafing. This small wonder sucks up every last drop. | |

Family of five and we camp frequently (car and backcountry)...towels were the bane of our camping experience...everthing smelled sour after a few days because we never had time to dry them thoroughly. These towels are AWESOME! Very absorbent, even the large sizes fold up VERY small and they dry quickly with no odor. One of our best camping buys ever! Highly recommended!!

soft | |

Unlike other lighweight towels, this is actually soft. Has a nice to hook it on your pack to dry or your tent as well. The loop has a button on it so you can loop it around things rather than need a biner or something of that ilk. The 'body' towel is a little smaller than I'd like though

Never thought I'd be so happy about a towel

This towel is awesome for traveling, I used it on a river trip, and it was nice not only for getting dry, but also for cleaning the sand off my feet before changing into shoes for the cooler nights. Has a great chamois feel to it, and is just a handy little item, well worth the price.

I bought this towel the other day and used it after a regular shower at the house. Im a big guy so I have plenty to dry and i was shocked at how well this thing soaks up water and even better how quick it dries. I have the medium size and it works great
