Strong, waterproof protection

These bags are nearly bulletproof. Buy them! I just used two SealLine 10 liter bags for a four day kayak camping trip in Adirondacks. Protected food and valuables easily. Overall material and seams were perfect. Closure and D Ring is seriously heavy duty.

I used one to hang as a bear/critter bag, without any fear of damage. You could rub this bag up against tree bark and not damage it.

Only two very minor complaints: One is the color: this bag should be made in some other colors, along with yellow, to more easily distinguish what you're carrying. The other is that it is not the greatest shape for a kayak, if you've stuffed your kayak to the max. I ended up just lashing the bags topside of my sit-on-top. I did have a slightly tapered SealLine dry bag, but that didn't fit much better in the hatch.

I'd recommend these bags for kayaking, canoing, boating, tubing, etc. without hesitation. Well worth their fairly low price. I'd buy them again and again, if not for the fact that they'll probably last a lifetime.

tough, light, durable, a bit stiff

I used several types of dry bags in my latest calm water kayak trip:
- SealLine BlackCanyon 20L and 10L,
- small Sea-to-Summt dry sack
- cheap PVC Outdoor Products 40L bags
- old Pacific Outdoor Equipment 25L dry bags
SealLine were the toughest bags among them. The only negative is that they are stiff, and because of that roll-down closure is not completely waterproof.
They are light and high quality.
Comparing to others:
Cheap Outdoor Equipment bags were not durable at all,
Sea-to-Summit very soft and nice, but not tough, and leaked a bit;
Pacific Outdoors Equipment dry sacks were great - light, flexible, watertight, with convenient purge valves, but they seem not as tough as SealLine; no leaks so far.

Pretty Good

I got 2 of these dry bags for a 10 day kayaking trip. I used them to carry all my clothes, everything I needed dry except my sleeping bag, really. I didn't worry at all about my stuff getting wet - the bags are very durable. They got shoved in the kayak, tossed around on the beach, and they still look pretty much brand new. Downside - the material is a little stiff, so sometimes hard to wedge into a small space, although I think that's unaviodable given the durability.

Good 10L

I got this too keep my cooking stuff in. It holds for me my MSR miniworks water filter, Jetboil Flash, condiments case, MSR folding cutting board, and about 4-5 other little nic nacs like a collapsible bucket or 6L water bag when empty. The size advertised is spot on.

Great Dry Bag

Got this bag as a durable waterproof bag that can hold water if an emergency container was needed. It's bulletproof, well-built, and a good size. Definitely recommended.

Tough!

These bags can take some abuse, but are still supple enough to be crammed into a reasonably small area.
